She's a 1910 former beauty that has taken a beating over the years as a rental propery...7 units in all, vacant and abandoned for some time now...that we acquired this month from a bank-owned foreclosure. We're excited to start peeling back the layers and discovering what she really looked like back before "investors" made their mark.
We look forward to the day when the keys are handed over to a new family to make 1705 Vance their place to call home. This will chronicle the journey.
